INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Dozens of new menu items will be available at the Indiana State Fair this year.
The 2023 Indiana State Fair happens July 28th through August 20th but is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
This year, fair attendees can try food at 140 different stands. This includes bratchos- which are nachos featuring a bratwurst; chocolate glazed popcorn; an elephant ear with nutella on it- plus several new items featuring corn- including an elote street corn pizza and deep-fried corn on a stick.
