INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Governor Eric Holcomb has delivered his eighth and final State of the State Address. Holcomb is done due to term limits at the end of the year and gave the speech on Tuesday.
He announced a $250 million grant to the state from the Lilly Foundation to address blight and redevelopment in Indiana.
He listed several goals for the year, including improving third-grade reading policies, requiring computer science classes for high school graduation, and updating the State Disaster Relief Fund.
