Sliver Alert called off for missing Fort Wayne teen

UPDATE: (SEPTEMBER 20, 2019): The search for a missing Fort Wayne teen has been called off.

At around 10:30, Friday morning, Indiana State Police issued the following statement:

“Silver Alert 092-2019 issued on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 on Caitlyn Marie Baker has been cancelled as of Friday, September 20, 2019 as requested by the investigating agency.”

There is no word on where the girl was found or the whereabouts of Sophia Kline.  Police thought the two may have been together.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a missing Fort Wayne teenager.

The FWPD is investigating the disappearance of Caitlyn Marie Baker, a 17 year old white female, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 130 pounds, blonde hair with green eyes, last seen wearing a black t-shirt and grey sweatpants, and driving or riding in a black 2003 Ford Focus with Ohio license plate number FPF2387.

Caitlyn was last seen on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 9:30 am. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.

Caitlyn may be in the company of Sophia Lanae Kline, a 16 year old white female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 110 pounds, brown hair with brown eyes. Sophia is missing out of Ohio.
