DVR alert! Here’s What’s on TV Today

Did you know Americans watch the most TV? Of course we do – with like 300 different networks producing so many original shows it’d literally be impossible to find enough time to watch all of ’em.
But we’re gonna try. According to a study, people in North America watch more TV than anyone else in the world. We watch an average of four hours and three minutes a day, which is WELL above the worldwide average of just under three hours.

The study also found that American TV shows are the most popular worldwide. British shows are second. You can celebrate our achievement with some great new television.

 

New TV:

  • “Democratic Candidates Debate”at 9:00 p.m. Eastern on NBC.  Ten of the 20 Democratic candidates debate tonight.

 

The 10 candidates in tonight’s debate are:  Cory Booker, Bill de Blasio, Julian Castro, John Delaney, Tulsi Gabbard, Jay Inslee, Amy Klobuchar, Beto O’Rourke, Tim Ryan, and Elizabeth Warren.  The other 10 take the stage tomorrow.

 

  • The 31st season finale of “The Amazing Race”at 9:00 p.m. on CBS.

 

  • The eighth season premiere of “Are You the One?”at 9:00 p.m. on MTV.

 

  • “Match Game”at 10:00 p.m. on ABC.  Vanessa Williams, Jason Biggs, Donald Faison, Joel McHale, Rachael Ray, and Caroline Rhea are this week’s panelists.

Wednesday Late-Night Talk Shows:

  • “Jimmy Fallon”- Daisy Ridley, Colin Quinn, and Little Big Town.
  • “Jimmy Kimmel”- Vampire Weekend, and “Spider-Man: Far From Home” costars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jake Gyllenhaal, Jacob Batalon, and Cobie Smulders.  (Repeat)
