Holcomb extends Indiana’s emergency orders for 30 more days

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana is not going to fully reopen for at least another month. On Wednesday, Governor Holcomb extended the state’s emergency orders for 30 more days.

The county-based order was set to expire Sunday, and the statewide order was set to expire Monday.

The governor says the state’s coronavirus numbers are headed in the right direction, but he also said the eyes of the world will be upon Indiana with the NCAA tournament coming to Indianapolis next month.

The extensions mean the state will not be able to fully reopen yet. The county-based order was set to expire Sunday, and the statewide order was set to expire Monday.
