Indiana getting $60 million dollars to expand vaccination effort

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana is getting another $60 million dollars to get more coronavirus shots into people’s arms.
On Tuesday, the CDC announced the grant.

75% of the money, or $45 million dollars, is being earmarked for Indiana’s underserved communities.

The State Department of Health says a lot of the money will be spent on raising awareness and encouraging people to get the vaccine.
