INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Drivers in Indiana will very likely soon have to put their cell phones down. The Indiana Senate yesterday approved a hands-free cell phone plan.
The idea is to have drivers use their speakerphone or Bluetooth while behind the wheel.
The Indiana House already approved a version of the plan, but they have to vote again because senators changed a few pieces of the proposed law. Governor Eric Holcomb has said he will sign the plan into law.
