Power outage at Marion Co. jail left nearly 30 prisoners injured

The power went out about 3:45 Monday morning and was out for almost an hour. Sheriff Forestal said some prisoners were injured in fights, and others simply fell in the darkness. Indianapolis Power & Light crews say ice caused the outage.
