Second Indiana woman pleads guilty to being inside Capitol

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – A second woman from Bloomfield is accepting her guilt for being inside the U.S. Capitol on January 6th.

On Monday, Dona Sue Bissey pleaded guilty to a single count of parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building. The judge sentenced her to 40 hours of community service.

Bissey was only inside the Capitol, but there is no evidence that she took part in any of the violence or vandalism on January 6th.

Bissey posted a picture to Facebook alongside Anna Morgan-Lloyd, who is also from Bloomfield and also pleaded guilty to being in the Capitol.

A third person from Indiana has pleaded guilty as well but has not been sentenced.
