Kick out the jams! The Clyde will host MC50

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Clyde Theatre proudly welcomes MC50 live in concert on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 8PM. The MC50 celebrates the music and legacy of the MC50.

The origins of MC50 can be traced to the friendship (and basement jam sessions) of guitarists Wayne Kramer and Fred Smith. A promising beginning earned them a 1969 Rolling Stone cover and a reputation for energetic, polemical live performances – one of which was recorded as their debut album “Kick Out the Jams.” Today, Kramer celebrates the 50th anniversary of the album with world-tour MC50 headlined by a line-up of special guests. MC50 welcomes fans from all across the world – every age, color, species, gender – to enjoy the music that means so much to so many played exactly as it was intended.
