Sweetwater Pavilion kicks off 2019 concert series this weekend

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Sweetwater will soon kick off its 2019 summer concert series at the Sweetwater Performance Pavilion. The 1,800 capacity outdoor performance facility is located on the campus of Sweetwater Sound and will host a wide variety of talent this summer representing multiple genres of music ranging from rock and country to jazz, blues, funk and more. The series kicks off this weekend with the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band and special guest Samantha Fish and will continue thru September.

“We are excited to welcome some amazing talent to the Sweetwater campus this summer,” said Thad Tegtmeyer, VP Campus Sales Ops & Artist Relations. “We have a unique opportunity to host some of the world’s greatest performers right here in Fort Wayne at our Sweetwater facilities. We work really hard to put together a diverse lineup of performers for the music fans in our community. With this broad range of talent, our hope is that more people will take advantage of this unique opportunity to come out and hear some of the finest live music available today.”
