More people could be getting a COVID booster before Thanksgiving. The FDA is expected to sign off as early as tomorrow for all adults, with no restrictions. CDC advisers will then meet Friday to vote. But at least five states and New York City have already expanded the shots.
While the Treasury secretary is setting another deadline for when the nation could go into default. Janet Yellen expects the debt limit will be reached on December 15th, leaving the government unable to pay its bills. She’s urging Congress to act now to lift the borrowing cap.
