INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – An unvaccinated pediatric doctor is not being reinstated.
A federal judge rejected Dr. Paul Halczenko’s request for an injunction against a vaccine mandate that prevents him from working at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital.
He’s been on unpaid leave since November.
The judge says Halczenko failed to show irreparable injury that would justify him being reinstated through an injunction.
