FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Fort Wayne police say a juvenile was hurt but is expected to recover after being shot Tuesday afternoon on Reed Street.
Officers responded to the shooting at the 2900 block of Reed Street just before 1 p.m.
Upon arriving at the scene, police found that a juvenile had already been taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
There are few other details and police are asking the public to come forward with any information.

Investigators On Tuesday, 05/24/2022, at approximately 12:55 PM, the City of Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 2900 block of Reed Street after receiving a call of a reported shooting.
Officers arrived on scene to find that the juvenile male victim had been transported to a local hospital via private conveyance with an apparent gunshot wound. The victim is reported to be in non-life-threatening condition.
