FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – 31-year-old Alesha Miller of Fort Wayne has reached a new plea deal after beating her stepson, Elijah Ross, to death.
Miller will not have to testify against her wife, Jenna Miller, and will spend 35 years in prison.
She will be sentenced on November 8. Elijah’s two brothers told police he was held down by his legs when Alesha beat him.
