FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) ̶ The Lighthouse is holding its grand opening for its second Family Thrift Store.
Located at 6230 Lima Rd., the Grand Opening celebration will take place March 1-4th with in-store specials, tours, and refreshments.
Lighthouse is a “faith-based non-profit providing a safe place for those in our community who struggle with life and life’s problems. The Lighthouse provides community advocacy, food and clothing assistance, residential care, counseling, and support groups.”

This Family Thrift Store supports the following community resources: The Lighthouse Food Bank, The Lighthouse 6-month Transitional Living addiction program, The Lighthouse Community Center, and The Lighthouse 30-Day Anchored addiction program.
Dr. Brandon Bower, Founder and Director of The Lighthouse shared, “We are excited to announce the opening of our new store. 100% of the funds raised from this new Family Thrift Store will stay in our community and allow us to continue our work in the community through The Lighthouse programming and residential addiction housing. We are thrilled with the new store and the future possibilities it will provide.”
