INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Police officers in Indianapolis say they’ve seized over 1,200 guns over the past 12 months. The city released new numbers yesterday.
Captain Brady Ball says it’s not something that Indianapolis Police are proud of, it simply “is what is what it is.”
Ball said the seizures are part of a coordinated effort to reduce violent crime in the city.
