INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – There is a push to give even more money back to Indiana taxpayers.
Indianapolis state Senator Fady Qaddoura on Friday said the legislature should return more of Indiana’s $6 billion-dollar surplus to the people.
There’s already a plan for a new, $225 tax rebate for everyone in the state. Qaddoura wants to bump that up to $400 per person. Lawmakers are due back at the Capitol next week to vote on the $225 rebate checks.
