INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Lawmakers are considering legislation that would decriminalize marijuana in Indiana.
House Bill 1297 is the first bill of its kind to receive a hearing after going before the Courts and Criminal Code Committee Wednesday.
