DEKALB CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department says that a man was taken to the hospital after a crash Monday morning on US 6.
Police responded at 11:30 a.m. to the 2600 block of US 6 on reports ofd the crash.
According to a release from the department, 41-year-old Joseph Errichiello from Butler was driving westbound when his 2010 Dodge Charger drifted off the roadway and hit a metal barrier head-on.
Errichiello complained of wrist pain and was taken to the hospital. Police added that the airbag did deploy.
The damage to the car was estimated to be $10,000, according to the release. The DeKalb Co. Sheriff’s Department was assisted by Waterloo Marshall’s Office, Parkview EMS, Corunna Fire Department, and Riverside Towing.
