During a recent appearance on the Shut Up Evan podcast, Ariana Grande shared her hopes to potentially squeeze in tour dates in between the release of her two upcoming Wicked films. Wicked: Part One and Part Two are hitting theaters around Thanksgiving in 2024 and 2025, which Grande thinks could give her time to play some shows in support of her new album, Eternal Sunshine.
“I still want it, too,” Grande told host Evan Ross Katz of making small tours happen. “I think it would be a really lovely idea to be able to trickle in some shows in between the two Wicked films. I think there’s a version of that that exists.” Grande said it won’t be a traditional tour “for a multitude of reasons,” instead it would be more like a “mini sampling of shows.” “I do think it’d be really nice to do that,” she added, “and it’s something my team and I are working on coming up with options for.” (People)
