Colts All-Pro guard becomes highest paid in NFL after contract extension

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indianapolis Colts are agreeing to a high-paying contract extension with All-Pro guard Quenton Nelson. The $80 million dollar deal spans four years and guarantees $60 million dollars to Nelson.

He now becomes the highest-paid guard ever in the NFL, according to ESPN.

The contract extension came just one day before the team tied with the Houston Texans 20 to 20 after overtime.
