INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana lawmakers are not stopping in their plan to ban vaccine mandates in the state.
The Indiana House yesterday added a provision to their plan that would eliminate vaccine requirements as part of contracts or bids.
Republicans want to allow for religious and medical exemptions, as well as a testing option in the state.
Yesterday’s debate in the House was the first go-round for the mandate ban. Lawmakers are expected to vote on the plan next week.
