“It’s a once in a lifetime event.” says Doc. “My father told me that I was the collecting-est person he knew in 1960 when I was 9 years old. I guess I always lived up to that statement. I can safely say there will never be another auction quite like this one.”
“I always knew Doc had a big collection, I knew of the storage space he maintains to house it, but seeing it all laid out, over 700 lots in the auction, it’s more than I ever imagined” adds JJ Fabini, program director for 963XKE. “You really have to see it to understand how enormous it truly is.”
